Boray Boru manufactures construction profiles in accordance with TS 5317 / DIN 2395 / EN 10219-1 / EN 10305 standards.

Production is possible with galvanized raw materials in thicknesses up to 5mm and lengths up to 12m. Profile surfaces are coated with protective oil. The profiles undergo crushing and edge widening tests in accordance with TSE standards. The welded joints of the construction profiles manufactured from galvanized sheet metal are coated with a special galvanizing spray method. Varnish coating can be applied to the outer surface of the products upon customer request.

Special Protective Coating

Galvanized profiles can be coated with a special protective coating to ensure long-term resistance to harsh environmental conditions. This additional protective layer added on top of the galvanizing increases the corrosion resistance of the profiles, significantly extending their lifespan. Special protective coatings are an ideal solution for galvanized profiles, especially for outdoor applications, industrial facilities, steel structures, agricultural and livestock facilities, and environments exposed to moisture and chemical effects.

Advantages of Special Protective Coating
- Additional superior corrosion protection on the galvanized layer
- More resistant surface against scratches, abrasion and impacts
- Long-lasting and low maintenance requirements
- Homogeneous, aesthetic and high-quality surface appearance
- High performance suitable for outdoor use

The special protective coating applied according to customer requirements ensures that galvanized profiles are produced to suit the needs of different projects and sectors. This allows the profiles to offer high strength, long service life, and economic advantages. Boray Boru provides durability, reliability, and high quality to your projects with its special protective coating options offered in galvanized profile production.
