Boray Boru manufactures construction pipes in accordance with TS 5317 / DIN 2395 / EN 10219-1 / EN 10305 standards.
Production is possible with galvanized raw materials in thicknesses up to 5mm and lengths up to 12m. Pipe surfaces are coated with protective oil. The pipes undergo crushing and widening tests in accordance with TSE standards. The welded joints of construction pipes manufactured from galvanized sheet metal are coated with a special galvanizing spray method. Dimensions of 20-32 mm (L): 4,000-10,000 mm, and 32-102 mm (L): 4,000-12,000 mm are available.
In galvanized construction pipes, a special protective coating can be applied to extend product life and provide maximum resistance to harsh environmental conditions. This coating creates an additional protective layer on top of the galvanized layer, significantly increasing the corrosion resistance of the pipes..
Especially in aggressive conditions such as outdoor use, humid environments, industrial facilities, agricultural structures and coastal applications, a special protective coating offers a long-term solution for galvanized pipes.
Advantages of Special Protective Coating
- High corrosion resistance in addition to galvanizing
- Multi-layer surface protection that extends product life
- More scratch and abrasion resistant surface
- Reduced maintenance and renewal costs
- Aesthetic and homogeneous surface appearance
Depending on customer requirements, the applied special protective coating can be customized to suit the needs of different sectors. This allows galvanized pipes to stand out with their advantages of long-term use, high performance, and low maintenance requirements. Boray Boru offers durability, quality, and long-lasting solutions in your projects with its special protective coating options in galvanized steel pipe production.
